Lockmann Krane Launches Bold Customer Referral Program07.02.07 With a focus on accelerated business growth, Lockmann Krane International has initiated a bold, new customer referral program. Under this new program, existing customers who refer a new customer to Lockmann Krane will receive 10% cash back on all their Lockmann Krane costs for six months. According to Lockmann Krane President Jayson Kiel, who developed the referral program, “Customer referrals have always been an important part of Lockmann Krane’s growth. This program is our way of thanking customers and encouraging that growth to continue.” Over the course of several months, a 10% discount could mean savings of up to thousands of dollars for some Lockmann Krane customers—an impressive offer to say the least. “We’re looking to form new, long-term client relationships like the ones we already enjoy. For us, the value of a few, solid, long-term clients far outweighs the cost of a 10% discount.” Planned to begin in January, the customer referral program boasts strong incentives for both Lockmann Krane and its customers. “Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us,” Kiel remarks, “as is our growth.
